The Barn was designed by Daire Winston, owner of Beechpark Studio, and Roger Darcy, a leading acoustic design consultant, and architect. It was to be rented as a quality rehearsal room or as a live recording/streaming space. The Barn is in a quiet location with easy access and private parking.

This space has become The Barn of Music, an open plan production facility in September 2022.

Two Mackie SRM 450 speakers, five Shure microphones with a small mixer, four DI boxes, and reverb & delay units are available.

There are three amps available: a Fender Hotrod Deluxe, Fender Twin, and a Hartke 70 bass amp.
